Ever since I was a child I've had a super power when it comes to puzzle building. I've always been great at looking at a broken puzzle and figuring out how all the pieces come together to create something beautiful.
Being a visual person, I'm great at seeing how things come together. Which is why I'm able to fix people's businesses in the way that I do. A business that isn't making money is just a broken puzzle that needs putting together. When you know what you're looking for, the puzzle becomes easy to solve.
But I have to be honest...
It wasn't always like that for me. In spite of my ability to problem solve I used to suffer from inconsistent income in my business too. I spent many years helping clients with building their offers, marketing, launches and making sales.. making anything from £5K to £30K on any given month... but I was stuck on the hamster wheel inside my business.
My income was reliant on the hours that I worked. If I didn't work, my income dropped. Meaning any time I went away on holiday or took extended time off, I knew that I would be coming back to an uphill battle to get my revenue back up to where it needed to be.
And that's largely because I wasn't focusing on bulletproofing my business by building recurring revenue.
But in January 2023 I'd had enough of the hustle. I'd had enough of working long days, evening and weekend. And I'd had enough of my income being tied to the number of hours that I worked.
That's when I transitioned to focusing on building recurring income in my business. And in the first 12 months of switching to a recurring revenue business model, incorporating memberships, courses, subscriptions and completely restructuring my offer suite - I'd rebuilt my business from the ground up and averaged £7-10,000 in recurring revenue.
That's before making new sales, upsells, or launching new offers. And it's been the same for many of my clients. We've helped a number of clients since August 2023 to go from starting each month on zero to building 4-figure security blankets in their business.

I come from nothing. Whilst my Father hustled hard in factories, my Mother spent a large part of her life caring for my Nan.
I've created what I have from nothing but graft, sacrifice and a sh*t tonne of mistakes... but it was all worth it to be where I am today.
